The Process

Steps to physical freedom

First Contact

Through a call, or in person, we want to know more about you and what your goals + expectations are to see if we are the right fit. If we are, we will book an initial consultation. If we feel you could benefit more from something else, we will refer you to the right place.

Assess & Develop

During the first 2-4 weeks (8-12 sessions), you will work 1-on-1 with your coach to form a functional diagnosis, create a list of success metrics, and refine your custom training plan.

The following 2-4 weeks (8-12 sessions)  you will continue 1-on-1 sessions to build:

  1. Confidence to move safely and effectively

  2. A clear understanding of the program and exercises

  3. Habits and lifestyle factors to ensure program success.

Initial Consultation

Your coach will make detailed notes on your history, movement capabilities, goals and expectations. He/She will educate you on the process and what to expect, to ensure you achieve that result. With this information we will begin to map out a POA (Plan of Action).

Perform

This is where the rubber meets the road. At this point you will have the knowledge, confidence and competence to achieve your goals. You will join small group sessions in which you will still follow your own program, under a coaches supervision. This is where we will help you realise your potential.
