Sports Rehabilitation - Strength & Conditioning

How it works

1 / Free Assessment (15-30min)

Your coach will make detailed notes on your history, movement capabilities and goals. We will determine if it is the right fit. If we feel you could get benefit more from something else, we will refer you to the right place.

2 / Session 1 (60min)

Your coach will first assess your capacity, and then map out your program. He/She will educate you on the process and what the expectations are, to ensure you achieve that result.

3 / Program Complete

Once complete, you will meet with your coach to revise the progress and discuss new goals for a new program, or you could move on to our group class sessions (no obligation)
