I've had PT with Jordy for about a year. Two years ago I had a herniated disc with loss of sensation in my right leg and the toes on my right foot are numb. I tried physiotherapy, acupuncture and electrotherapy for a year, but it didn't help. Since I've been training with Jordy, my condition has improved dramatically. The symptoms are still there, but thanks to the targeted muscle building I can do almost everything again, except jogging. I now train with Jordy twice a week, but the whole body and I feel fit and healthy again. Jordy is very empathetic and is a heart and soul trainer.
