Moving to a different platform

Hey Team, as mentioned in the beginning, there will be a few changes here and there, here comes one of them…we are going to be testing a different app for training.


This one has been a little challenging.


I will be sending you guys links through the day to download the new app and follow along there. It will come from an app called “FITR”


It will still be free until April. And we are still in test phase so a few things may change there too.

So to wrap this month up, it would be of great help if you would be willing to hop on a Zoom call with me, just 15min to catch up on what could be done better, and what you would like to see, but also if you have any questions, you will have the opportunity to ask that as well.

Hey Team, I need to apologize, I have been injured this passed week, so I have been unable to film the videos and do content for this. It should all be back to normal next week.


We will be heading into a deload week next week. I will explain it in a workout briefing so you can understand why we do this and when it’s appropriate. 😊
